
Natalie Domino Person Joins The Picard Group

Natalie Domino Person has joined The Picard Group, a national governmental affairs and consulting services firm based in Lafayette, Louisiana, with offices in Washington D.C. and Baton Rouge. She will serve as Director of Consulting Services alongside Gwen Guillotte, Senior Director of Healthcare Policy and Services. Mrs. Person will enhance the firm’s executive level consulting, which focuses on healthcare finance, reimbursement, revenue cycle operations, and managed care.
A Lafayette native, Mrs. Person is a graduate of St. Thomas More Catholic High School and Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. She received a Master of Business Administration Degree with a concentration in Finance from The Freeman School of Business at Tulane University in New Orleans, LA. While at Tulane, Mrs. Person was named Associate Director of Burkenroad Reports, the student-run equity analyst program. She brings a wealth of knowledge on cash and lockbox management, migration management strategy, vendor relationship coordination, as well as financial and operational analytics.

Prior to joining The Picard Group, Mrs. Person served as Director of Cash Management in Dallas, Texas for Schumacher Clinical Partners, a national emergency medicine hospitalist management firm also based in Lafayette. While at Schumacher she managed cash activities and reconciliation for three separate billing systems, four banks and over $850M in deposits annually. Through two large acquisitions, Mrs. Person was responsible for consolidating cash operations of acquired companies requiring bank account migration, lockbox restructuring, offshore team onboarding, personnel ramp down, and integration of processes spanning multiple offices. Mrs. Person started her career as Associate Analyst for a hedge fund, Maple Leaf Partners, analyzing companies, industry trends, and preparing long-term operational and financial models to support stock recommendations.
