Lafayette, LA – Faith Garbett has joined The Picard Group, a national governmental affairs and consulting services firm based in Lafayette, Louisiana, with offices in Baton Rouge and Washington, D.C. She will serve as Director of Administration in the Lafayette office and will develop and manage internal processes and oversee administrative staff in alignment with the firm’s overall mission, vision and core values.
Prior to joining The Picard Group, Ms. Garbett served as Executive Assistant for the President & CEO of One Acadiana, a business-led, privately-funded economic development organization serving a nine-parish area in South Louisiana. Prior to One Acadiana, Ms. Garbett was employed with Acadian Companies for 13 years, serving in various roles in Human Resources, Public Relations, and Onboarding/Education. Previously working for a private company and a public organization, paired with her experience of working in diverse departments, brings a unique skillset to The Picard Group.

A Louisiana native, Ms. Garbett is a graduate of University of Louisiana at Lafayette. She dedicates time to several community organizations and supports the community and local businesses. She resides in Lafayette with her husband and two children.
