Evan Boudreaux serves as Deputy Director of Policy for The Picard Group. Prior to joining The Picard Group, Boudreaux served in various capacities on political campaigns ranging from U.S. Senate to Governor. Additionally, he served as a legislative aide for Senator Norby Chabert and Representative Gregory Miller in the Louisiana State Legislature. Boudreaux then earned the opportunity to work for former Congressman Charles Boustany, Jr. in Washington, D.C. as a public policy aide. Most recently, he worked for The Picard Group as a legislative intern, where he gained valuable experience and knowledge about our clients and the private-sector approach to government relations. From his time at the State Capitol, Capitol Hill, and at The Picard Group, Boudreaux brings a wealth of knowledge about the legislative process and an understanding of issues across multiple jurisdictions.
Boudreaux graduated from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, earning a bachelor’s degree in Political Science. During his time at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, he served in leadership capacities across multiple organizations such as president of the Association of Future Alumni, new member president and campus involvement chair for Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity, Senator for the College of Liberal Arts, and a member of the UL Lafayette Marching Band and Symphonic Winds.
