Hunter Hall is Partner at The Picard Group. Hall represents clients across numerous industries before legislative and executive branch officials and staff, focusing on healthcare, infrastructure, and appropriations.

On healthcare, Hall provides strategic guidance to providers across the spectrum on both legislative and administrative issues. His Capitol Hill network enhances his ability to cover client-specific concerns and priorities. Hall and TPG Partner Emily Bacque Da Silva led an effort that resulted in the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) infusing rural specialty hospitals with over $1 billion at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020.

Prior to joining The Picard Group, Hall worked as a Special Assistant to the Secretary of Commerce and as an aide to Senator Bill Cassidy. Hall has extensive experience in state and national political campaigns. His time - both in and out of the government - has helped him hone his political instincts.

Hall grew up in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and graduated from Louisiana State University with a B.A. in Communications and minors in English, Political Science, and Latin.
