Download VCARD

Hunter Hall serves as the Deputy Director of Federal Affairs for The Picard Group in Washington, D.C.  He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience on issues from energy to trade to infrastructure to assist our federal clients.

Prior to The Picard Group, Hall was appointed by President Trump as Special Assistant to the Secretary at the U.S. Department of Commerce in Washington, D.C. For Secretary Wilbur Ross, he coordinated the operations and logistics of the Office of the Secretary, interfacing with governments and corporations both foreign and domestic while assisting on various issues including energy, trade and infrastructure.

Before his appointment to the U.S. Department of Commerce, Hall served as State Director of Arizona for the Republican National Committee and Donald J. Trump for President, successfully building and managing a statewide campaign with 18 offices. He also served as Southwest Regional Director for U.S. Senator Bill Cassidy for two years, acting as a liaison to government entities, constituent groups, and business groups, and advising the senator on developments and issues pertaining to veterans, energy, manufacturing, infrastructure, ports, aviation, agriculture and seafood.

Before serving the people of Louisiana in Senator Cassidy’s district office, Hall worked for the Republican National Committee on then-Congressman Cassidy’s successful campaign for U.S. Senate.

A Baton Rouge native, Hall is a graduate of Louisiana State University and was inspired to work in politics after engaging in debates with professors and students on policies that effect the everyday lives of Americans. Hall was involved in Big Brothers Big Sisters of Acadiana, Lafayette’s 705 Club and the Baton Rouge Entrepreneurship Week Planning Committee. He enjoys playing golf and tennis, even in DC, where the winter weather is not as friendly to golfers.
