Natalie Person serves as Director of Consulting Services for The Picard Group. Her operational experience, paired with her financial background, enables her to identify solutions that bridge the connection between functional change and positive financial results. Person is skilled in assessing, leveraging, and managing relationships with extended partners, banks, and vendors to achieve cost savings and operational efficiencies. Her expertise centers around cash reconciliation, lockbox management and analytics.
Prior to The Picard Group, Person served as Director of Cash Management for Schumacher Clinical Partners, the nation’s third largest emergency physician management company that operates in 32 states and treats more than eight million patients a year. While at Schumacher, she managed cash activities and reconciliation for three separate billing systems, four banks and over $850 million in deposits annually. Through two large acquisitions, Person was responsible for consolidating cash operations of acquired companies, requiring bank account migration, lockbox restructuring, offshore team onboarding, personnel ramp down, and integration of processes spanning multiple offices.
Person started her career as Associate Analyst for Maple Leaf Partners, a hedge fund with over one billion in assets, studying companies, industry trends, and preparing long-term operational and financial models to support stock recommendations.
Person graduated Louisiana State University, earning a Bachelor of Finance degree, and Tulane University, earning Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance. While a MBA student at Tulane, Person was named Associate Director of Burkenroad Reports, the student-run equity analyst program. Person enjoys LSU football, playing most sports, traveling and spending time with her husband, son, daughter, and two golden retrievers.
