Paige H. Hightower serves as the Director of Association and Federal Affairs for The Picard Group. Hightower is involved with the operations and management of TPG federal clients, ensuring their legislative priorities are heard and conveyed through the United States Congress. She also manages the successful association management efforts for various organizations including the Alliance of Public-Private Partnership Hospitals and the Heavy Equipment Rental Tax (HERT) Coalition.
Prior to joining The Picard Group, Hightower worked on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C. for former Congressman Charles W. Boustany, Jr., M.D. (LA-03), a senior member of the powerful House Ways and Means Committee, and Congressman Mark E. Amodei (NV-02), a member of the House Appropriations Committee, serving in various roles as a staff assistant, legislative correspondent, legislative aide and scheduler. She also served as an intern in Washington, D.C. for both Congressman Charles W. Boustany, Jr., M.D. (then LA-07), and Congressman Bill Cassidy, M.D. (LA-06) during his first term in Congress. She brings a wealth of knowledge on public policy, campaign issues and fundraising on the state and federal levels of government.
Hightower served for two years on the Taste of the South Charity Louisiana Committee in Washington, D.C. as vice chairman and executive member. She was also a member of The Junior League of Washington, and now, the Junior League of Lafayette. She served on the 2016 Lafayette Education Foundation’s “ReProm Court,” and is a member of United Way of Acadiana’s “Women United,” as well as the Krewe of Bonaparte.
A native of Lafayette, Hightower is a graduate of St. Thomas More Catholic High School and Louisiana State University with a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication and Business Administration from LSU’s Manship School of Mass Communication. She resides in Lafayette with her husband, Trey, and twin boys.
