Warren Noah Hoggatt.
Warren Noah Hoggatt serves as Legislative Counsel for The Picard Group. Before joining TPG, Hoggatt worked as an attorney in private practice, advising on a variety of transactional and litigation matters, with a focus on oil and gas and energy law. In addition, he has formed and administered several land mitigation banks, as well as devised a variety of land use solutions for land owners and partnerships.
Prior to and while attending LSU Law, he worked in both public and private governmental and legislative affairs roles. Before law school, Hoggatt served in the United States Marine Corps Infantry, with two combat deployments to Iraq, where he was awarded multiple medals and commendations.
A native of Oxford, Mississippi, Hoggatt graduated from LSU with a bachelor's degree in Political Science and Leadership Development, and the LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Center with a Juris Doctorate and a Doctorate of Civil Law. Hoggatt enjoys training American Quarter Horses, hunting, fishing, tennis, and biking near his home in the Baton Rouge Garden District with his Catahoula Cur, R.B.
