Director of Administration
Faith Garbett serves as Director of Administration for The Picard Group. Her operational and administrative background brings a strong set of leadership skills to develop, implement and oversee internal processes for multiple areas in the firm from administration to marketing to information technology.
Prior to joining The Picard Group, Garbett served as Executive Assistant to the President & CEO at One Acadiana, a nine-parish economic development organization. During her tenure, Faith managed numerous committees, including the highest-level investors, as well as internal departments, various regional committees and administration.
Prior to One Acadiana, Garbett worked at Acadian Companies for 13 years. The knowledge gained by working in various departments, provided her the ability to manage the onboarding process for all six divisions at Acadian Companies. Her background in working for a private company and a public organization, paired with her experience of working in diverse departments, brings a unique skillset to The Picard Group.
A native of Acadiana, Garbett is a graduate of Lafayette High School and University of Louisiana at Lafayette. She enjoys being outdoors, participating in community events and supporting Ragin Cajuns athletics with her husband and two young children.
